Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of Supex.in in the Navi Mumbai region. In this full-time role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for generating new business and fostering strong client partnerships. Your primary objective will be to promote our products and services by directly engaging with potential clients in the industrial sector.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Identifying, prospecting, and conducting in-person visits to potential business clients.
• Understanding client needs and presenting tailored Supex.in solutions through effective presentations and demonstrations.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiating terms, closing sales deals, and consistently achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
• Collecting valuable market and competitor intelligence and reporting daily sales activities to the manager.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a driven and communicative professional with a proven track record in industrial sales. You are a persuasive relationship-builder who understands client needs and can effectively demonstrate product value to close deals.
Key qualifications include:
• 1 year of required experience in Industrial Sales.
• Total professional experience of less than 5 years.
• Must currently reside in Navi Mumbai.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport, understand client challenges, and propose solutions.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
