This position requires a dedicated professional to manage the retail shop floor during peak business hours, ensuring a premium experience for every visitor. The role is centered on providing high-quality customer service, which includes greeting guests politely and assisting them throughout their purchase journey. You will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic standards of the jewelry counters, assisting sales officers with transactions, and handling valuable items—such as old gold and new purchases—securely within the premises. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure all customer queries are addressed promptly while following the store’s established sales procedures.
Customer Engagement: Greet and attend to customers with a sophisticated and polite demeanor.
Floor Management: Maintain a constant presence on the shop floor to observe and assist with customer needs.
Logistics Support: Carry jewelry items between counters and assist sales staff in completing transactions.
Maintenance: Ensure counters are organized, neat, and fully stocked at all times.

Skill Requirement
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a mandatory proficiency in Marathi to effectively serve the local clientele in Panvel. A professional appearance and a customer-first mindset are essential for maintaining the store’s reputation. While a minimum of a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is preferred, the ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a retail or service-oriented environment.
