Job Description
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Navi Mumbai for a skilled Architect dedicated to both high-level design and practical site execution. The position involves managing the lifecycle of residential and high-rise projects, from initial concept development to final on-site implementation. You will be responsible for translating complex client briefs into functional, aesthetic architectural plans while ensuring all designs meet technical standards and regulatory requirements.
Design & Planning: Create innovative concepts for high-rise buildings and prepare detailed presentation drawings and layouts.
Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate with government bodies like CIDCO, PMC, and TMC to secure project approvals, plan sanctions, and necessary NOCs.
Execution & Coordination: Review GFC (Good For Construction) drawings and collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and PMC teams.
Site Supervision: Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress, resolve architectural issues, and ensure construction aligns with the approved design.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate must possess a strong technical foundation in architecture with a specific focus on urban residential structures. We are looking for a professional who can bridge the gap between creative design and the technical realities of the construction site. Proficiency in modern architectural software and a deep understanding of local building codes and approval processes are essential for success in this role.
Software Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Rhino and Parametric Architecture is highly preferred for design modeling.
Technical Drafting: Mastery in preparing accurate working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation.
Problem Solving: Ability to resolve complex on-site coordination issues and manage technical conflicts between different consulting teams.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with the documentation and compliance standards required by Maharashtra’s local authorities.
