Garrison Grove is seeking a detail-oriented Design & Site Coordinator to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This full-time role is essential for bridging the gap between creative architectural visions and practical on-site execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that designs are grounded in reality by conducting precise site assessments and translating technical data into actionable project plans. This position is ideal for an independent worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical acumen to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
Field Operations: Perform comprehensive initial site visits to capture architectural measurements and document current site conditions accurately.
Estimation & Budgeting: Develop detailed cost estimates and material take-offs based on specific site data and design requirements.
Technical Liaison: Act as a communication bridge, identifying site challenges and collaborating with the design team to implement effective solutions.
Project Oversight: Maintain organized records and manage data flow for various ongoing projects to ensure seamless workflow.
Skill Requirement
To be successful in this role, candidates must have at least one year of experience within a design-focused background. We are looking for a professional who is proficient in the technical aspects of site coordination, specifically in taking precise physical measurements and drafting project estimates. Since the role requires managing data from multiple locations, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision are mandatory.
Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in architectural site measurement techniques and the preparation of material take-offs.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret site-specific challenges and provide technical feedback to the office-based design team.
Organizational Mastery: Strong capability to manage schedules, data, and documentation for several sites at once.
Reliability & Professionalism: Commitment to a Tuesday through Sunday work week (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM) and an ability to work effectively in-person at our Navi Mumbai location.
