Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in the Ambernath/Badlapur region. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from managing initial telephonic inquiries to conducting face-to-face meetings and guiding clients through site visits. The ideal candidate will be a proactive relationship builder, focused on converting leads into successful property bookings while ensuring a seamless documentation and payment collection process.
Lead Conversion: Manage telephonic queries and convert them into in-person meetings and site visits.
Sales Closing: Lead final negotiations and ensure the successful closure of property deals.
Customer Relationship: Build long-term rapport with prospective buyers and provide excellent after-sales support.
Revenue Growth: Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to maximize profitability and meet monthly targets.
Financial Follow-up: Coordinate the collection of booking amounts, pending payments, and necessary legal documentation.
Skill Requirement
To excel in this position, candidates must have a proven track record in the Real Estate sector with at least one year of direct sales experience. We are seeking professionals between the ages of 22 and 30 who possess a pleasant personality and exceptional communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment where persistence and strong negotiation abilities are key to achieving consistent results.
Industry Expertise: Minimum 1 year of experience specifically within the real estate market.
Communication Skills: Fluency in verbal communication to handle high-stakes client interactions and negotiations.
Sales Acumen: Strong ability to pitch projects, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
Operational Discipline: Skilled in tracking payments, managing documentation, and following up on publicity campaign leads.
Local Availability: Ability to work full-time and in-person at our Badlapur or Ambernath locations.
