The Perfect Fit vs. Missing the Mark
The ideal assistant views their role as a relationship they are managing rather than just a checklist of items. You will naturally excel here if you notice what is missing rather than just what is present, communicate concisely when it counts, and confidently push back when something doesn’t make logical sense. Conversely, individuals who default to a passive mode, struggle without rigid structures, or view constructive client feedback as personal criticism will likely miss the mark in this highly collaborative entrepreneurial culture.
