Primary Responsibilities
- Contract Analysis: Review, analyze, and negotiate corporate agreements for influencer marketing campaigns, talent representation, and media partnerships.
- Template Customization: Draft, modify, and optimize legal templates to protect corporate and creator assets during brand collaborations.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify non-standard or problematic contract terms and safely escalate them to senior leadership.
- Database Upkeep: Maintain digital contract management systems, ensuring seamless operational organization across internal teams.
Eligibility Criteria
To excel in this role, candidates should have a solid foundation in modern document administration and basic commercial law. A formal paralegal certification or relevant legal education is highly preferred to ensure a smooth transition into corporate workflows.
