Job Overview

  • Compensation: $42,000 base salary + $200 per qualified meeting + uncapped performance accelerators ($85,000 – $90,000+ Year 1 OTE)
  • Job Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities

  • Initiate high-volume outbound contact via strategic cold calling and personalized LinkedIn outreach to secure qualified meetings.
  • Engage seamlessly with Fortune 2000 decision-makers, including CMOs, CISOs, Chief Data Officers, and VPs of Technology.
  • Manage, track, and nurture pipeline prospects within CRM software to maintain optimal follow-up consistency.
  • Collaborate directly with company leadership on script optimization, objection handling, and messaging iterations.
  • Build and maintain a professional LinkedIn presence by sharing insightful industry content to establish credibility.

Eligibility Criteria

To succeed in this fast-paced outreach environment, candidates must demonstrate an exceptional level of resilience and grit. Cold calling is inherently rejection-heavy; top performers must comfortably navigate dozens of daily rejections while maintaining a sharp, enthusiastic, and positive professional attitude.

Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory. Because you will be interacting directly with enterprise executive leaders at global corporations, you must sound credible, articulation-focused, authoritative, and deeply respectful of their limited time.

Additionally, self-discipline and goal-orientation are critical for this remote setup. Output and daily activity drive results, meaning you must possess a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targetsโ€”whether in professional sales, athletics, academic pursuits, or fundraising environments.
