Primary Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level calendar management, international/domestic travel logistics, and expense reporting for four agency executives.
  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations at the LA headquarters, including vendor management, inventory levels, and opening procedures.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate internal team-building activities, client catering, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) themed events.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact between executives, clients, and talent acquisition teams.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this blended operational role, candidates are required to possess a foundational track record in high-level corporate administration.   • Required Experience: 2-3 years of proven Executive Assistant or office administrative experience.
