Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new sales opportunities for custom steel building solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers.
- Represent the company at 7–10 trade shows and industry events annually.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to closing.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while delivering high-quality customer service.
Eligibility Criteria (Required):
- Proven previous sales experience is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Willingness to travel locally for expos, trade shows, and events.
Eligibility Criteria (Preferred):
- Prior experience in the construction or steel building industry is a significant plus.
- Demonstrated history of building long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with Western Pennsylvania regional markets.
