We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Counselor to join our team at IICCM. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through their educational journey. Your core mission will be to understand student aspirations, provide detailed information about our culinary programs, and support them from initial inquiry to formal enrollment. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, target-oriented environment and is passionate about shaping future careers in the culinary arts.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide prospective students by understanding their career goals and recommending suitable culinary programs.
• Convert phone and other inquiries into successful admissions through effective counseling.
• Execute the end-to-end admission process, ensuring a smooth experience for each student.
• Conduct consistent and professional follow-up calls to address queries and nurture leads.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in a systematic Excel sheet for lead management and closure.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a fluent English communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a confident, persuasive demeanor. She should be passionate about education and possess the innate ability to build trust with students and parents. A proactive approach and the resilience to meet enrollment targets within set timelines are essential for success in this role.
