Job Description
The Marketing Executive is responsible for building and managing Jain Machine Tools’ digital brand presence through creative visual storytelling and consistent professional communication. This role focuses on creating compelling graphic and video content, executing social media strategy, and supporting website updates to enhance our digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand identity and professional communication across all digital platforms. Update digital assets and templates regularly.
Graphic Design: Create high-quality social media posts, banners, announcements, and internal communication materials using Canva. Maintain a design template library for brand consistency.
Video Content Creation: Shoot and edit short-form videos and reels (product highlights, informational content, behind-the-scenes) using mobile devices and basic editing tools (InShot, CapCut, Canva).
Social Media Execution: Manage posting schedules on LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and other platforms. Maintain content calendars and ensure visual/caption consistency.
Website Support: Coordinate website updates including content, images, videos, and basic layout adjustments with developers/agencies when needed.
Content Creation: Draft engaging captions, announcements, and product communications with professional tone and clarity.
Reporting: Maintain weekly/monthly reports on content created, posts published, and videos produced. Participate in structured review meetings.
Skill Requirement
We seek a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with demonstrated skills in digital content creation and brand management. The ideal candidate combines design sensibility with strong execution discipline across multiple digital channels.
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years experience in digital marketing (preferred)
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
Technical Skills:
Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Canva for graphic creation
Video Editing: Experience with InShot, CapCut, or similar mobile editing tools
Social Media: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business
Content Management: Basic website update coordination skills
Reporting: Ability to track and report on digital marketing activities
Soft Skills & Competencies:
Strong visual design sense and attention to brand consistency
