Role Overview – Presales Lead Generation Executive
As a Presales Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for generating qualified business leads and building meaningful client relationships to fuel our sales pipeline. This role involves proactive outreach, industry research, and collaboration with India’s top construction chemical clients to identify opportunities and ensure ongoing client satisfaction and subscription renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients and key decision-makers through research and multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social media).
• Understand client organizational structures, roles, project preferences, and geographic focus to time pitches effectively.
• Work closely with leading construction chemical clients to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and notify them of active opportunities across India.
• Build and nurture relationships with key professionals to gain buy-in for Biltrax’s data and analytics solutions.
• Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to attract new business and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all presales and client engagement activities using CRM tools.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and client retention targets.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a foundational understanding of B2B lead generation. This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience who is eager to grow in a dynamic, data-driven industry.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, B.Com, B.A., Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in presales, lead generation, or client engagement, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for professional outreach and engagement.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in the technology, software, or construction-related industry is a plus.
