Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing high-impact digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and industries. Your role will focus on executing strategies that deliver a strong ROI, requiring a blend of analytical rigor, creative thinking, and hands-on platform expertise.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Executing and managing high-return performance campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms for both e-commerce and lead-generation objectives.
• Managing a portfolio of 4-5 client accounts simultaneously, with a proven track record of spending >₹2 Lakhs per client monthly.
• Analyzing campaign data, preparing detailed reports, and presenting insights to both internal teams and clients.
• Providing data-backed recommendations and implementing optimizations to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Applying a creative mindset to the development of ad copies and creatives tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital trends, and industry best practices.
• Managing campaigns across diverse industries, including D2C, Fashion, and Real Estate.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive specialist with agency experience, a proven ability to handle substantial ad spends, and a versatile skill set across different marketing verticals. You should possess strong analytical capabilities, leadership qualities, and a practical, results-focused approach to performance marketing.
We require the following qualifications and skills:
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency in executing and managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Solid knowledge of dashboards and tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Events Manager.
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Moz, or Looker Studio is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in managing significant monthly ad budgets (>₹2 Lakhs per client).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable optimizations.
