Job Description
Join as an Application Support Engineer at the head office of a leading private sector bank in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. This is a permanent, full-time role open to freshers and experienced candidates. You will provide crucial technical support for banking applications, ensuring smooth daily operations, resolving issues, and maintaining efficient workflows across the organization.
• Provide technical support for banking applications, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Escalate and follow up on complex, unresolved technical problems with relevant teams.
• Support daily operational activities, prepare performance reports, and handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Train and guide team members on standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to application usage and troubleshooting.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a problem-solver with strong analytical skills and an interest in banking technology. This role is well-suited for freshers or individuals with some technical support experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic banking environment.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software applications.
