Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulatory guidelines and internal bank policies for every transaction and process.
• Efficiently process cash transactions, fund transfers, and the clearing of various financial instruments such as cheques and demand drafts.
• Handle the receipt and processing of cheques, demand drafts, dividend warrants, pay orders, and bill deposits within authorized limits.
• Process service requests including new account openings and transaction updates, either independently or jointly, as per specific authorizations.
• Address and resolve customer service inquiries regarding account balances, transaction details, statements, and applicable fees/charges.
• Manage customer queries and grievances proactively within defined timelines, escalating complex issues to the appropriate authorities when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
• A graduate degree, preferably in Banking, Commerce, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients.
• Proven sense of responsibility and the ability to manage and meet critical deadlines consistently.
• Working knowledge of relevant internal and external banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Good computer literacy and proficiency with banking software and systems.
