Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in a role that combines administrative support and data management. This position is ideal for a fresher or an early-career professional seeking to build expertise in office operations, reporting, and analytical support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions and accurate data handling.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manpower Handling: Assist in coordinating staff schedules, maintaining attendance records, and supporting basic HR administrative tasks to ensure efficient team operations.
• Reports Drafting: Prepare, compile, and format various daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Data Management & Analysis: Use Advanced Excel to organize, analyze, and present data effectively, creating spreadsheets, charts, and pivot tables to support decision-making.
• Administrative Support: Provide general clerical support, including documentation, filing, and communication assistance across departments as needed.
• Process Improvement: Help in streamlining administrative and reporting processes by suggesting and implementing efficiency improvements.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is an organized, eager learner with strong analytical abilities and a knack for handling administrative tasks efficiently. We welcome freshers with relevant academic training, as well as those with up to three years of experience in a similar support role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel is essential, including expertise in formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, and chart creation.
• Ability to draft clear, concise, and accurate reports with strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn manpower coordination and administrative support functions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective internal coordination.
• A graduate degree in any relevant field (Commerce, Business Administration, etc.) is preferred.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
