Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Logistics Executive to provide essential administrative and operational support for our supply chain activities. This permanent, full-time, in-person role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of information between front-office operations and back-end processes. You will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating with key stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records to support seamless logistics and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage data entry, order processing, and accurate maintenance of logistics documentation (e.g., Bills of Lading).
• Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders, including agents, clients, and vendors.
• Handle invoicing, billing, and other financial documentation related to transport and warehousing.
• Coordinate daily with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support inventory tracking and ensure timely information flow across the supply chain.
• Maintain organized records and prepare operational reports as required.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and the MS Office suite.

• Experience with logistics documentation, shipment tracking, and order processing.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for liaising with clients, agents, and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain seamless front-to-back office connectivity.
