Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Documentation Assistant to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves preparing, verifying, and managing documents and digital data to ensure accuracy and accessibility. You will be responsible for converting physical or recorded information into digital formats, maintaining organized filing systems, and supporting general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Your core responsibilities will focus on data handling, documentation support, and administrative assistance. Key duties include:
• Assembling, arranging, and preparing documents, materials, and data for accurate input.
• Conducting research to gather missing information and completing documentation.
• Converting paper documents and voice recordings into digital formats.
• Verifying the accuracy of all entered data and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintaining updated digital databases, archives, and filing systems with regular backups.
• Monitoring databases to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Creating, exporting, and managing spreadsheets, reports, and digital documents as needed.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, printing, and monitoring office supplies.
