We are a dynamic Tour Operating Company seeking a professional Female Receptionist cum Office Assistant for a full-time, in-person position. This multifaceted role is the welcoming face of our company, combining front desk management with essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent client service.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and warmly greeting clients and visitors.
• Providing administrative support using MS Office, including preparing documents and managing schedules.
• Performing data entry, record-keeping, and generating reports with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Assisting the operations team with basic tour-related coordination and documentation.
• Maintaining an organized and efficient office environment, managing supplies and correspondence.

Work Location: In person at our Andheri East, Mumbai office.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a poised, organized, and tech-savvy professional with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Fluency in English and a strong administrative skill set are crucial for success in this client-facing support role.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Gender: This position is open to female candidates only.
• Language: Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
• Logistics: Preferably residing within a 10-kilometer radius of Andheri East, Mumbai.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience: 1 year of experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or similar administrative role is preferred.
• Software Proficiency: 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
