Job Overview:

- Focus: Refreshments segment growth, marketing implementation, and client engagement

- Primary Duty: Liaising between marketing teams and field operations to drive profitable growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Program Execution: Implement national marketing strategies and local promotional calendars across client sites.
- Merchandising Oversight: Ensure proper planograms and program standards are maintained for Office Coffee, Vending, and Micromarkets.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging social media content highlighting regional innovations, new openings, and employee spotlights.
- Data Analysis: Partner with the District Manager to monitor market trends, analyze business developments, and maximize product line profitability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Required: Minimum of 2 years in client marketing with a record of success, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and strong organizational skills.
- Preferred: A Bachelor’s Degree and experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Key Soft Skills: You must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, actionable recommendations.
