Evolve Interiors & Exteriors Solutions LLP, known as Evolve Artisanal, creates bespoke metal-finish panels and art surfaces for luxury interior projects. We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer cum Photographer for a full-time role based in Mira Road, Mumbai. This unique position bridges the gap between creative design and hands-on documentation, requiring you to work seamlessly across digital design, factory production, and client sites to visually tell the story of our craft.
In this role, you will be integral to translating client visions into production-ready designs and capturing the essence of our work through photography and video. You will operate in a dynamic environment that values both aesthetic creativity and precise execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed, accurate production designs and work orders using specialized software.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos in factory, showroom, and onsite locations.
• Create realistic interior renders to visualize panels within finished spaces.
• Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for digital and social media platforms.
• Document behind-the-scenes processes, material details, and final installations.

Skill Requirement
We are looking for a detail-oriented creative who is as comfortable in a factory setting as they are behind a screen. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong collaborative spirit and a passion for craftsmanship.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Strong knowledge of 3D rendering software (e.g., Blender). Competency in photography (DSLR) and basic video editing.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within interiors, manufacturing, or a related design field.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, high organizational ability, team collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Attributes: Aesthetic sensibility paired with practical execution skills. Willingness to travel locally (approx. 25%) to sites and factories.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design and photography work is required for application.
Job Details:
• Salary Range: ₹5,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per year.
