Join Relomi Corporate Services LLP as a Hotel Reservation Executive for our premium RELOhomes Serviced Apartments in Powai, Mumbai. This full-time, day-shift role is central to managing the complete reservations cycle for our corporate clientele, ensuring a seamless and professional booking experience from inquiry to arrival.
Handle all reservation inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp, preparing quotations, confirmations, and managing real-time availability trackers.
Maintain professional communication with Japanese and multinational corporate clients, addressing requests for changes, extensions, and special requirements.
Coordinate internally with operations and housekeeping teams for apartment allocation and pre-arrival preparations, ensuring guest expectations are met.
Manage billing coordination, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare regular occupancy and booking summary reports.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a hospitality professional with 2-4 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations. A degree or diploma in hotel management, coupled with excellent communication skills and proficiency in reservation systems, is essential for this detail-oriented role.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is required.
2-4 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or guest relations within hotels or serviced apartments.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with strong email etiquette.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reservation/PMS tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of Japanese client expectations is an advantage.
