Job Description
This is a full-time B2B Sales Representative role located in Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai, focused on driving revenue and expanding our corporate client base. The primary objective is to manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying potential leads to closing deals and maintaining long-term professional relationships. You will be responsible for executing high-impact sales strategies to meet monthly targets while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Lead Generation: Perform consistent cold calling and outreach to convert potential business prospects into active clients.
Client Management: Actively handle B2B accounts, addressing their specific needs and providing tailored business solutions.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed established sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth and market presence.
Retention: Develop engagement strategies to improve the client retention rate and ensure recurring business.
