Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interior Design Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and providing outstanding customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our range of design services and products.
Responsibilities :
Generate sales leads through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
Meet with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
Present design concepts and product offerings tailored to meet the client’s requirements.
Collaborate with the design team to develop creative solutions and proposals.
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale.
Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the design process.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in design software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Knowledge of industry trends, materials, and products.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for design and sales.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
