Wild Glow Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd., a fast-scaling K-beauty brand, is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Andheri West, Mumbai, with working hours from 11 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller passionate about beauty trends and high-impact design, ready to shape our visual identity across digital and print platforms.
In this role, you will have high ownership in a creatively driven environment. You will be responsible for developing a wide range of visual assets that elevate our brand, support marketing campaigns, and engage our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create compelling digital assets for campaigns, social media, emailers, web banners, and advertisements.
• Design print collaterals including packaging mockups, brochures, POS materials, and event branding.
• Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity system consistently across all touchpoints.
• Retouch product visuals and assist in photoshoot planning and execution.
• Prepare optimized creatives for web and mobile platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects independently while meeting deadlines.
• Support design needs for influencer collaborations and marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in K-beauty, beauty, and lifestyle design.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a designer with a strong foundational portfolio, excellent technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate is proactive, trend-aware, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is mandatory. Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects/Premiere Pro) is preferred.
• Design Skills: Strong expertise in digital and print design, with a solid grasp of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating brand and campaign design work is required.
• Industry Preference: Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, or fashion is a significant advantage.
• Education: A degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication is preferred.
• Logistics: Must be available to work onsite in Andheri West and be an immediate joiner or able to join within 7 days.
Job Details:
• Salary Range: Up to ₹35,000 per month.
• Job Type: Full-time, Onsite (No WFH/Hybrid).
• Location: Andheri West, Mumbai.
