We are a dynamic and growing Education Consultancy dedicated to guiding students toward their academic and professional futures. We specialize in securing admissions for MBA, PGDM, and Overseas Education programs at reputed institutions. We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Education Counselor to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming student aspirations into successful enrollment stories.
In this role, you will be the primary advisor for students and their families, guiding them through one of their most important life decisions. You will manage the entire counseling and application journey, from the first inquiry to the final admission, ensuring a supportive and informative experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting personalized counseling sessions to understand each student’s profile, career goals, and academic background, and recommending suitable MBA, PGDM, or overseas programs.
• Managing all student inquiries through multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins) and effectively explaining course details, college options, admission processes, and fee structures.
• Building trust with students and parents, convincingly guiding them toward the best educational pathways and following up diligently with leads to convert interest into enrollment.
• Assisting students with the complete application process, including form filling, documentation, and coordinating with colleges/universities for updates.
• Maintaining accurate student records in CRM/Excel and consistently working to achieve and exceed monthly admission targets.

Requirements:
• Education: Any Graduate (MBA, BBA, BA, BCom, etc.) or even motivated First Year students are eligible to apply.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus). Strong convincing, counseling, and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Attributes: A friendly, confident, and student-centric attitude. Must be professional in handling parents, target-oriented, and willing to learn complex admission processes.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp) is required.
