Primary Responsibilities:
- Submit and manage Apple account access requests for external vendors.
- Perform password resets to maintain secure and timely access.
- Coordinate directly with shippers to resolve shipment discrepancies.
- Import shipment records and ensure accurate transfer to recipients.
- Track shipments daily, collaborating with DRIs to address delays.
Eligibility Criteria: Required Skills
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate complex internal systems. Candidates are expected to be proficient in Documentation Development and Documentation Review & Editing. Previous experience utilizing systems like Trackwise is highly desirable as you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all incoming shipment documentation.
Eligibility Criteria: Functional Competencies
Beyond technical proficiency, we are looking for candidates who can communicate effectively across teams. You will be responsible for providing daily status updates to various Lines of Business (LOB) groups, necessitating clear, concise, and proactive communication. You must be capable of working under pressure and resolving errors in shipment details with high accuracy.

You will be expected to acknowledge and review incoming shipment emails within designated timeframes and maintain seamless vendor onboarding by communicating access details to EPS within 24 hours.
