Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director (MD). In this full-time, on-site role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the MD’s time is optimized and business operations run smoothly by managing a wide array of high-level administrative and strategic tasks.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Managing the MD’s dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments across all stakeholders.
• Organizing and preparing for meetings by gathering documents, creating agendas, and taking accurate minutes.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for the MD, handling all incoming communications and prioritizing urgent matters.
• Coordinating complex travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries.
• Drafting, proofreading, and managing correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of professionalism.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a discreet, detail-oriented professional with proven experience supporting senior executives and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
The required skills and qualifications are:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience of 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at the senior management level.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive approach, ability to work independently, and unwavering professionalism and confidentiality.
