Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Presales Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating interest, scheduling visits, and nurturing relationships to support our sales pipeline and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to qualify prospects and generate interest in our nature-themed residential projects.
• Engage potential clients by presenting project details, addressing inquiries, and building rapport.
• Schedule and confirm site visits for clients, primarily on weekends, and organize virtual presentations on weekdays.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication with leads to guide them through the sales journey.
• Accurately update all lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on lead status and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and achieve collective targets.
Skill Requirement
We are seeking a motivated and resilient communicator with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills. This role is open to both experienced professionals and enthusiastic freshers eager to build a career in presales and client engagement.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or presales is preferred, though freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive, professional demeanor during calls.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational abilities for CRM management and reporting.
