Primary Responsibilities
- Accurately enter a variety of specialized data using our modern tech stack.
- Prepare, organize, and sort sensitive legal/operational documents for efficient system entry.
- Create and meticulously maintain tracking logs to ensure file visibility.
- Identify and quickly resolve discrepancies found in incoming data sets.
- Maintain professional, courteous daily communication with clients, vendors, and coworkers via email, phone, and in person.
- Perform essential administrative support, including printing, scanning, and proofreading documents.
Eligibility Criteria
To thrive in this position, you should have previous experience in customer service, data entry, or a closely related professional environment. Strong organizational skills and a deadline-driven mindset are critical, as our fast-paced office relies heavily on accuracy and prompt turnarounds.
