Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Telesales Team Lead to lead, motivate, and manage a team of 20–30 telesales executives. You will be responsible for driving team performance to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of call quality and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a balance of coaching, performance management, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing telesales team of 20–30 executives.
Drive the team to achieve and exceed all daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, including call quality, conversion rates, and productivity.
Conduct regular training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to develop team members.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Prepare and present detailed daily and weekly performance reports to management.
Handle customer escalations effectively to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with management to develop and execute effective telesales strategies.
Foster a positive, energetic, and results-driven team culture.
Skill Requirement

Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a telesales team lead or similar supervisory role, preferably managing 20+ executives.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets through team performance.
Excellent skills in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Proficiency in using CRM software and generating performance reports.
Strong analytical skills to monitor metrics and drive improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle escalations and motivate the team.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive team culture.
