Job Description
As a Faculty and Student Coordinator in Panvel, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between academic staff and student success. Your primary responsibilities include managing the end-to-end faculty recruitment process, from screening applications to overseeing orientation and relocation for new hires. You will act as a key support system for academic trainees and collaborate closely with faculty members to design and execute student workshops. Beyond administrative duties, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive academic support programs that enhance the overall learning environment, ensuring all instructional supplies and schedules are managed efficiently.
Faculty Management: Coordinate faculty searches, maintain databases, and manage training and orientation for new staff.
Student Support: Provide direct guidance on academic goals, course selection, and career paths while managing student records.
Program Development: Assist in updating lesson content and developing training modules in collaboration with teachers.
Administrative Oversight: Manage schedules, student payroll for programs, and the procurement of instructional supplies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with parents, teachers, and counselors to resolve students’ academic or behavioral challenges.
Skill Requirement
To excel in this role, you must possess a strong background in academic administration and a minimum of three years of professional experience. Superior organizational skills are essential for maintaining detailed faculty databases and managing complex schedules. You should be a clear and empathetic communicator, capable of providing effective guidance to students and maintaining professional relationships with parents and educators. Technical proficiency in curriculum development and an understanding of administrative regulations are also required to successfully update instructional methodologies and maintain accurate district records.
