Ltd. is a rapidly expanding, technology-first travel company offering a comprehensive range of services including Airport Transfers, Local & Outstation Rentals, Corporate Cab Solutions, and B2B Logistics. Operating 24×7 with a reliable professional driver network across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing the entire booking lifecycle from inquiry to completion with efficiency and professionalism.

Your core responsibilities will include:
• Handling inbound customer calls for new bookings and inquiries, and making outbound calls for lead follow-ups, customer retention, and corporate client engagement.
• Clearly explaining service offerings, tariffs, packages, and promotional deals to customers.
• Accurately capturing and managing booking details within our internal system, coordinating trip schedules, and providing real-time updates to customers.
• Assigning the nearest available chauffeur or driver for bookings, ensuring optimal allocation for airport pickups, outstation trips, and local rentals.
• Proactively managing trips to guarantee driver punctuality and seamless customer pick-up/drop experiences.
• Driving sales by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, promoting fixed packages and corporate accounts, and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong multitasking abilities and a customer-centric approach. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment and possess the skills to manage both service and sales objectives effectively.

We require:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or Marathi.
• Proven experience in customer service, tele-calling, or a similar role is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn booking/CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work in rotational shifts as needed.
• A proactive sales attitude with the goal of maximizing conversions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
