Timely Logistics: Manage the intact and punctual pickup and delivery of shipments within your designated territory.
Business Development: Identify and generate new sales leads while growing relationships with existing customers to increase route volume.
Operational Excellence: Ensure all shipments from your route are properly connected for further transit.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on product knowledge and report relevant competitor activity to the team.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for dependable, tech-savvy, and energetic individuals aged 19 to 28 who possess a strong sense of ownership and a friendly professional demeanor. Candidates must have a deep understanding of the local Panvel geography to navigate routes efficiently and maintain the brand’s trust.
Education & Communication: Minimum SSLC/10th Pass with the ability to read, write, and speak basic English.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily field operations.
