Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Travel Consultant to join our team, where you will serve as the key point of contact for our clients’ holiday dreams. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, share tailored tour packages, and guide customers from initial interest to confirmed booking. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding, personalized service to ensure a seamless and exciting travel planning experience, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing prompt, friendly, and informative responses.
• Share detailed information on a wide range of domestic and international tour packages that match client preferences and budget.
• Proactively follow up with leads, nurture client relationships, and skillfully close bookings to achieve sales targets.
• Provide end-to-end customer support, assisting clients before, during, and after their travel bookings.
• Accurately maintain client records, update booking details, and coordinate internally to ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed smoothly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and additional languages as required).
• Good working knowledge of domestic (e.g., Goa, Kerala, Himalayas) and international (e.g., Southeast Asia, Europe, UAE) tour packages.
• Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented attitude with a strong ability to follow up and close sales.
• Customer-friendly demeanor with the ability to build rapport, understand needs, and provide tailored solutions.
