Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Events Specialist to join our vibrant team in Bandra, Mumbai. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone with a passion for the entertainment and wedding industry. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of spectacular events, from initial client consultation to flawless on-the-day delivery. Your primary focus will be turning client visions into reality while ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed.
• Meet with clients to deeply understand their vision, present creative ideas, and propose tailored event solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive element lists and manage all logistical requirements for each unique event.
• Execute events according to the master plan and strict timelines set by the Production Manager.
• Source and coordinate all event aspects, including venues, caterers, entertainment, freelancers, and designers.
• Lead coordination with internal team members and all external vendors to ensure seamless and timely event execution.
Skill Requirement
The successful candidate must possess a proven track record within the entertainment or wedding events sector. You should be a creative problem-solver with exceptional organizational and client-facing skills. The ability to manage multiple vendors, adhere to budgets, and work under pressure to deliver exceptional experiences is crucial for this role.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience working in the entertainment, events, or wedding planning industry.
• Excellent client presentation skills, with proficiency in creating compelling PPT presentations for event proposals.
• Strong network and proven ability to connect with and manage vendors, fabricators, printers, and other suppliers.
• Outstanding coordination and communication abilities to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines.
