As the technical anchor of the Platform Strategy & Operations team within our Intelligent Automation & AI organization, you will instrument real-time capabilities across web, mobile, and connected channels. Your work directly dictates what members see at the exact moment of digital engagement, turning predictive insights into highly customized actions. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in Product Management, Analytics, Strategy, and Architecture to build scalable patterns that drive measurable engagement.


Eligibility Criteria & Technical Foundations

To find success in this advanced technical engineering role, you must meet the following mandatory baseline requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurshipโ€”or equivalent hands-on engineering experience working on enterprise real-time personalization platforms.
  • A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Economics, or Public Health. An advanced graduate degree like an MBA is considered highly desirable.
  • Proven production experience deploying real-time personalization platforms (such as Salesforce MCP/Interaction Studio, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, Optimizely, or Dynamic Yield). This must include web SDK deployment, event schema design, tag management (GTM or Tealium), and real-time campaign delivery execution.
  • Hands-on history building complex decisioning strategies and ML-driven personalization (e.g., Einstein Decisioning, Pega Next-Best-Action, or Adobe Sensei) including next-best-offer logic and multivariate A/B testing frameworks.
  • Technical fluency using Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Segment, or Tealium AudienceStream, alongside comfort reading and debugging JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS.

While meeting the core technical requirements is critical, exceptional candidates will bring extended capabilities to the engineering team. Preferred skills include direct familiarity with data infrastructure environments like Snowflake, SQL, Kafka, and MuleSoft. Candidates possessing integration experience linking personalization platforms with enterprise CMS systems like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or adjacent Salesforce Customer 360 frameworks receive top consideration. Given the nature of our data environment, a background navigating PII handling and consent management within regulated spaces like healthcare or finance is a massive asset.

The internal operational environment thrives on cross-functional collaboration and iterative development practices. You will perform day-to-day as the technical subject matter expert for the platform, educating broader organizational domains on how to scale personalized action without re-engineering systems. Working within a structured Agile framework ensures predictable product delivery outcomes while allowing you to turn unified customer profile data into meaningful, empathetic human connections.
