Primary Responsibilities
- Inbound Response Management: Efficiently manage high-volume inbound customer phone calls and electronic inquiries, consistently meeting required service metrics.
- Emergency Event Support: Assist customers through active, critical alarm events with an empathetic, clear, and reassuring communication style.
- Technical Team Collaboration: Provide overflow coordination for field technicians and cross-collaborate with internal units to pull work orders from D365, InSite, or MASterMind systems.
- System Programming Projects: Complete a baseline minimum of 10 alarm panel programming code change requests per shift based on delegated parameters from management.
Eligibility Criteria
