Primary Responsibilities
- Project Management: Plan and execute program activities, workshops, and milestone events for leadership faculty and alumni networks.
- Strategy & Metrics: Partner with Directors to establish project goals, track key performance metrics (volume and value), and implement improvement processes.
- Community Engagement: Lead alumni and faculty relations, gather testimonials, conduct interviews, write articles, and design promotional materials.
- Campaign Execution: Drive fundraising and sponsorship initiatives, overseeing timelines, tracking administrative data, and managing sponsor fulfillment.
Eligibility Criteria
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following mandatory and preferred criteria:
- Experience: Four or more years of professional experience within the adult learning and development sector, with a dedicated focus on leadership development.
- Marketing Expertise: Four or more years of experience managing marketing, corporate communications, and targeted community outreach.
- Analytical Background: Proven hands-on experience with data collection, analysis, and translating metrics into actionable organizational strategies.
- Education & Background: A Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) is required, along with proficiency in the MS Office Suite. Candidates must pass a live scan and health screening.
