- Daily Focus: Manage and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems including Epic, Meditech, eClinicalWorks, and Athenahealth.
- Patient Interaction: Manage multi-line phone systems, handle appointment scheduling, coordinate patient intake, and deliver clear follow-up communications with immaculate phone etiquette.
- Billing & Compliance: Verify insurance coverages (including Medicare), assist with medical collections, perform data entry utilizing 10-key typing, and strictly review records against HIPAA standards.
Eligibility Criteria
