Primary Responsibilities
- Input essential data related to student registration, course enrollment, and graduation details directly into the College’s centralized database management system.
- Maintain rigorous standards for the confidentiality and absolute security of student records, adhering strictly to institutional privacy guidelines.
- Generate critical institutional reports as required, including student rosters, specific mailing distributions, and comprehensive compliance documentation.
- Conduct detailed degree audits to actively identify potential roadblocks for students, clearing their paths for timely program and graduation completion.
- Assist in the physical and logistical preparation for commencement ceremonies, handling graduate lists, line-up cards, and informational bulletins.
Eligibility Criteria
To find success in this role, candidates are required to hold a minimum of an Associate’s degree from an accredited institution. To stand out among the applicants, a completed degree focusing on business administration, office management, or a tightly related discipline is highly preferred.
In addition to your educational background, previous professional experience working within a higher education infrastructure is strongly preferred.
