Primary Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Actively identify, cold call, and follow up with real estate professionals, agents, teams, and mid-sized brokerages.
  • Platform Demonstrations: Conduct high-impact product demos explaining Coverity.io’s AI-driven communication and workflow automation systems.
  • Account Conversion: Turn warm and cold prospects into long-term paying subscribers to build your personal revenue-generating portfolio.
  • Retention & Expansion: Drive active platform adoption, identify upgrade opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships to minimize churn.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a strong foundation in both high-velocity sales mechanics and the specific industries we serve.

Required Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Demonstrated prior experience in real estate, escrow, title, mortgage, transaction coordination, or closely related real estate operations is strictly required.
  • Sales Track Record: A proven history of success in outbound sales, account growth, pipeline management, or business development performance.
  • Communication Skills: Strong relationship-building capabilities with the ability to clearly explain technology platforms and automated workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SaaS Familiarity: Prior experience working with software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, advanced CRM systems, or digital workflow tools is highly preferred.
  • Self-Direction: High levels of intrinsic motivation and discipline to successfully manage a high-volume outbound pipeline independently.
