Primary Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Veterans, providers, and authorized callers
- Provide accurate information on healthcare services, benefits, referrals, and authorizations
- Support urgent-care and related member/provider questions per program rules
- Complete mandatory virtual training with strict attendance expectations
- Deliver professional, accurate remote customer service at volume
Eligibility Criteria
Required / preferred: Full-time remote. Availability for ~6 weeks virtual training (Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:00pm CT) before production. Strong phone CS skills and attention to policy detail. Multiple openings noted. Benefits include PTO/sick/holidays and retirement match per plan terms.
