Primary Responsibilities
- Become a Product Expert: Maintain an exceptionally high level of product knowledge to provide precise information and technical assistance to clients and peers.
- Own Customer Issues: Take full charge of complex customer challenges from initiation to final resolution within a fast-paced environment.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, live chat, and video conferencing.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Analyze and diagnose SaaS product or service complaints, determine root causes, and explain the best available solutions.
- Collaborate Globally: Document customer data in the CRM system and share critical user feedback with Product and Engineering teams to drive system updates.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess 1 to 4 years of dedicated customer support experience specifically within a SaaS business. Proven experience troubleshooting digital platforms with high attention to detail is a must-have for day-to-day success.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory, alongside superior time management capabilities to prioritize unexpected deadlines. Crucially, candidates must currently reside in a Pacific or Mountain timezone state and have the absolute ability to work an assigned shift between the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
