- Maintain clear, ongoing communication with Content Claims Specialists and team members.
- Document and upload claim-related information into company systems.
- Adhere to strict workflow deadlines and submit daily work logs.
Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this role, candidates must hold a Secondary School diploma and possess prior experience in data entry, retail, transcription, or customer service. Strong technical proficiency is required, specifically with MS Office/Outlook and online research tools for pricing items.
You must be a self-starter capable of working independently in an environment free of noise. Essential hardware requirements include a reliable, high-speed internet connection, a personal computer (Windows 10 or 11), a working webcam, and a USB wired headset.
