Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, valid, and timely processing of all records and donations within campus information systems.
- Provide essential administrative support, including producing mailing lists, proofreading documents, and managing bulk communications.
- Reconcile spending activities with the business office, including credit card statements, purchase orders, and check requests.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to students to support institutional needs across various units.
- Coordinate document scanning, e-filing, and generate periodic/ad-hoc reports to ensure data integrity.
Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or GED. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong oral communication skills and proficiency with essential office software, including databases, email, and spreadsheets. You should have the ability to work harmoniously within a team, show initiative, and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
Furthermore, we value your ability to adapt to new ideas, apply mathematical concepts such as ratios and proportions, and solve problems by establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions. You should be comfortable working within a matrix organizational structure while maintaining a professional, discreet, and courteous demeanor.
While not required, two years of job-related experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred. We are seeking individuals who are eager to serve as subject matter experts for our information systems and proactively contribute to process improvements.
