Primary Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties: Acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.
- Scheduling: Managing and coordinating patient appointments efficiently.
- Financial & Insurance Coordination: Communicating with patients and insurance carriers regarding coverage, deposits, and billing inquiries.
- Office Maintenance: Ensuring the waiting area remains clean and orderly and managing inventory for office supplies.
Eligibility Criteria
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following baseline requirements. We are looking for individuals who hold a High school diploma or GED equivalent. Your educational background provides the necessary foundation for our office procedures and medical documentation standards.
Beyond the formal education, we are seeking candidates with demonstrated computer literacy. Proficiency in common office software is essential for patient record management and communication.
