Primary Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex, priority “must-win” pursuits for Federal Defense and Civilian agencies.
- Facilitate win-strategy workshops and manage proposal schedules from capture to interview.
- Draft high-impact content, including executive summaries, past performance, and management approaches.
- Oversee color reviews, ensure strict compliance, and manage deliverable quality.
Eligibility Criteria: Required Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree plus at least 6 years of experience in marketing or proposal management. We are looking for candidates who possess strong knowledge of Federal proposal procedures and have mastered tools like InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. You must demonstrate excellent writing skills and proven leadership in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria: Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, we prefer candidates with a degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or Marketing. Familiarity with the A/E industry and experience using collaborative tools like SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is a significant plus. Experience with Federal systems like SAM.gov, GovWin, FedConnect, and Salesforce will further set your application apart.
