Primary Responsibilities

• Shape and execute a cohesive regional marketing and communications strategy for the Rail business.
• Lead a team of approximately 10 professionals across various marketing and communications disciplines.
• Steer high-profile initiatives including major customer events, executive forums, and international trade fairs.
• Leverage AI-enabled content creation and data-driven analytics to optimize campaign performance.
• Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Government Affairs to strengthen brand positioning.

Eligibility Criteria

To thrive in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Candidates are expected to have 10–12 years of progressive experience, specifically within complex B2B environments such as rail, infrastructure, or industrial technology. A proven track record in corporate communications, strategic counsel, and executive visibility is essential.

Preferred qualifications include demonstrated expertise in leading integrated marketing strategies across global, matrixed organizations. Candidates should be comfortable navigating high-visibility rail programs, including experience with manufacturing sites.

Furthermore, we are looking for a leader who excels in digital marketing and performance measurement. While not required, experience using AI-enabled marketing tools is a significant plus. The role requires the ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support regional initiatives and site openings.
